What material are your clothes made from?
We heavily focus on natural fibres and are proud to stock garments of high quality that look and feel great. We focus on Organic Cotton and 100% Cotton, however you will also find garments made from soft Rayons and Linens.

How do I become a VIP?
You can become a VIP by clicking the link on the front page or here. You can also put in your details at the checkout.
How do I know if I am a VIP?
Once you’ve submitted your details, you’ll receive a welcome email from. Give it a moment to appear in your inbox. If it’s not in your main inbox, it might have landed in your junk inbox.
How do I get free shipping?
As long as you are signed into your account, the standard shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your order at the checkout.
How do I know what size to select?
Online shopping can sometimes be tricky for sizing! We have provided a size guide outline to help give a better idea of sizing. If you are stuck or need more specific information, please contact us on 0409 982 881 and we will help you to the best of our ability.
Do you stock plus size?
Absolutely! 70% of our styles are available in larger sizes. Depending on the brand, we are proud to stock up to Australian size 24 (5XL).

Where is my order?
Please use your Australia Post tracking code to accurately track your order. If you did not receive one or if it shows inaccurate data, please contact us straight away and we will look into this further for you.
I haven’t received confirmation of my order?
Please check your spam/junk inbox for your confirmation email. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us and we will resend the confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us within the hour of placing your order, we would be happy to update or process any changes, as long as your garment has no already been sent. Please contact us on 0409 982 881 asap if you have a change as emails may be delayed.
I accidentally put the wrong info in at the checkout?! What do I do?
Don’t panic- call us or send us an email as soon as possible so we can make the changes before we dispatch your order.
What payment options do you have?
Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and Afterpay are our payment options.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
If you place your order before 1:00pm AEST, we aim to ship the same day! Depending on where you are located, deliveries usually arrive between 2-3 days. Due to Covid, items may be delayed longer than usual. The Christmas delivery cut-off date is 13th of December.
How do I track my order?
Once your item/s have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. This will include a link to the Australia Post tracking of your order. Remember to check your spam/junk inbox just in case! If you didn’t receive your tracking code, please contact us and we will look into this further.
Returns, exchanges and Issues
I just got my package and it’s not what I expected. How do I return it for a refund?
We are sorry if you don’t love what you ordered. We want to make shopping online easy for you, however sometimes things aren’t as expected! We offer a simple 14-day returns period. Pop your garment and invoice with our returns form (or a note if you don’t have access to a printer) and send to this address:

For more on our returns policy, click here. Please note that we only accept garments that are unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels/tags attached. Also, Cotton Dayz does not provide a returns form in your parcel as we aim to save paper where we can!
What if my item is faulty or I was sent the wrong garment?
We are so sorry if you have received a faulty item. Please let us know that your item is faulty ASAP and we will organise a refund or exchange straight away.
I love what I ordered, but it’s not the right size. How do I exchange an item?
Oh no! Let’s get you the size you want.
First, get in contact with us (firstname.lastname@example.org or 0409 982 881) to double check if we still have the garment you want in stock. If we do, we will put it aside for you.
You have 14 days from receiving your package to send back an item that you’d like to exchange. Pop your garment and invoice with the returns form letting us know which garment you would like to exchange and for what size, then send to this address:

Once we have it in hand and have assessed its condition, we will send out your replacement! Please note that we only accept garments that are unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with labels/tags attached.
Why haven’t I received a response from you?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM AEST and we unfortunately do not operate on weekends and public holidays. We endeavour to reply to all emails within 48 hours and apologise for any delayed responses out of this timeframe.
Do you have a store front?
Currently we operate online only.
Are you Local?
We are based in Brisbane (or Brisvegas, if you’re feeling jazzy) and we source local brands.
