RETURNS - Australia
We want shopping with CottonDayz.com to be easy!
That’s why we offer a 30-day returns period if you change your mind on any purchase online from CottonDayz.com, we will refund your money provided:
• You have proof of purchase
• Products were purchased at original retail price
• Products are returned unworn, undamaged and with original tags and original packaging
We do not offer exchanges. If you were looking to exchange an item, please return the unwanted garment (within 30 days of purchase) and re-order the correct item on the website.
On the rare occasion you receive a faulty garment or the incorrect garment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know how to get the item back to us for a full refund.
Please note we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchasing of size or colour on sale items or jewellery. If there is a major fault with the item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will let you know how to return the item for a refund or replacement. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Customers must pay the shipping on returned products.
All refunds are processed through a secure payment gateway and returned onto the original payment method. We do not refund any postage paid.
HOW TO LODGE A RETURN:
Once you’ve sent your request for each garment you want to return, we will let you know your return is accepted via email and provide instructions on how to send your garment back to us.
Please allow up to seven business days for your refund to be processed.
We reserve the right to adjust your change of mind refund to a store credit if your return arrives in a condition which does not meet our returns policy.
RETURNS - International
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide change of mind returns to our international customers. As we are a small Australian business, the cost to manage this process is too much for us. Until we are a Global sensation, we are only able to accept returns on faulty or incorrect garments within 30 days from the date the order is received.
Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what has gone wrong. We will step you through the process of returning your faulty/incorrect garment.
All refunds are processed through a secure payment gateway and onto the payment type that was used for the original purchase.
